Return & Exchange Policy
At Mitwa Couture, we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you. Please find the details of our return and exchange policies below.
Online Orders – Bangladesh
We accept returns of unused products that are in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged and with tags still attached) within 3 days of delivery for a refund. Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return:

- Please call +880 1325060946 and share your order number.
- Inform us of a return reason and confirm the product is unused.
- Select your refund method (refund to original payment source or bank account).
- Once the request is registered, a Return ID will be shared.
- Please pack the product in its original packaging, include the invoice (circle the returned items), and ensure all tags are intact.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed. Refunds typically take 5–7 working days to reflect.
Important Exclusions
We do not offer returns or refunds on the following:
- Jewellery and Bags (unless defective).
- Customised (made-to-order) products.
- Pre-order items
- Altered garments
- Discounted or sale items (unless damaged or defective)
- For jewellery and bags, unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non-availability of the product, we will issue you a refund via gift card.
For items priced above BDT 10,000, eligible returns will be refunded via gift card only.
Please allow up to 15 days for return and exchange processing from the date of request.
We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at mitwacouture@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.
Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
In-Store Purchases
In the unlikely event of any issues with your product such as those regarding colour, size or manufacturing defects, we accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of purchase.
- Cash refunds are not offered for in-store purchases.
- Products must be returned in original condition, preferably with packaging, invoice, and tags intact.
- Returns/exchanges are not applicable on:
- Jewellery and Bags.
- Discounted and on-sale merchandise
